A game at Anfield today, ko 2pm and live on Sky.
LFC are not in the best of form, having difficulties in scoring goals, sounds familiar.......
No new injuries reported which is great news, Klopp may have mentioned they have the odd issue.
We can cause an upset today and that isn't being overly optimistic, so looking forward to this.
Hopefully we can all get talking, post victory!!!!!!!!!!!!

Still actually feeling a bit annoyed about the Spurs game, I didn't comment at the time but still cant get over our disallowed goal. That handball rule is a joke, you can understand it being used for obvious handballs but thats ridiculous. Makes it even worse that the very next day announcements are made to change the rule, that doesn't help us! Losing that potential point could be massive for us, and given how much on top we were, whats to say that goal doesn't give us the lift to go on and win the match, you just never know.

I don't know how to feel about today. Normally going into these sort of games you just treat it as a free hit, its a bonus if you get anything, but with Liverpools current form you can't help but feel hopeful of getting something.

We really need to improve on our finishing/shooting. Our build up play at times is brilliant, then as soon as we get in or around the box we turn to a deer in headlights. RLC has to be one of the most frustrating players I've watched, you know he's a very good player and can open teams up, when he gets the ball I feel like he can make something happen but I don't think we are seeing it often enough. He does all the hard work then the final ball isn't there, or his shot lands in row Z etc.

We've done well to get ourselves in this position, a few weeks ago relegation was looking extremely likely. We need to keep up the fight now and keep going. Every point matters.

Yes as you say a result that was coming but I'm not sure anyone of us would have been confident of it coming today. I heard all the changes Liverpool were making, I felt it gave us a chance but we've all been here before.

Just another superb performance, attacking well 1st half and defending well in the 2nd. I thought it was so well deserved and was a total team performance. Andersen again just fantastic, just so buzzing. For once we've got something for all our good play but my it was a long last 10 mins and that extra time just went on forever. Just got to keep it going - the team have the confidence.

How good is Andersen?? I'll admit to not really knowing who he was when we signed him, heard good things and that big teams had been after him in the past, but what a signing. He really has made the biggest difference and if we do manage to stay up, I really hope we can get him signed permanently.
It's taken us seasons to get a decent Center back pairing, but it may be a big problem if we do stay up, in that Andersen has been immense but we don't have an option to buy. Lately he has been getting noticed by fans of teams we've played and on their social media he has been talked about by their fans as a player they want, Spurs, West Ham, Liverpool and Leicester fans have all taken note of him. Plus it looks like Lyon will be in Champions League next season and may well want to hang onto him unless they get an offer they can't refuse, so let's hope Tony Khan is at least making in roads of having first refusal with him, his agent and club.

Reactions: Fabulous Fabio
Probably the toughest game remaining, Man City at the Cottage, ko 8pm, tomorrow (Sat) and live on BT Sport.
No new injuries from what I've seen, so with a weeks rest we can carry on as before.
Surprisingly I'm not feeling we are going to get slaughtered, it will be a hard fought game and with a little good fortune we may get a point or three.
Confidence is high, lets keep it that way.........

Not the result we wanted tonight, good 1st half.
BUT, we will have learnt a lot and that is the positive to take.
Man C pressed, pressed, then pressed some more, a very good side indeed.

Disappointing to lose the goals in the manner we did. Didn't think Andersen had fouled for the first goal. Was hoping to keep our Goal Difference down. We should know from past experience in the Championship and beginning of the season about passing the ball around at the back when Teams press us, especially as City are the masters. The defeat wasn't unexpected, but didn't really create anything to relieve the pressure against a solid City Defence. No real punch upfront until late in the game.

Well, it's Leeds at the cottage tonight at 8pm, live on Sky.
Bobby and TC are still sidelined and according to Zambo the week has been about recovery from Man C game, a great deal of energy was used.
We will need to be at our best to get anything out of tonight's fixture, Leeds will press and run and run, attack in numbers, and be difficult and professional. I hope we don't see to many wasted minutes looking at Bielsa crouching on the sideline, sky seem to be in love with the guy.
We have the team to do the job, and it doesn't need to be pretty, we need the 3 pts to put others under pressure, 1pt is the absolute minimum.
Keep believing............
