The only thing Southgate should say to Sterling is " youre dropped "
Why? He's had a great start to the season, the way he's playing he deserves a place in that squad.

England have been poor. Its not Sterlings Fault he went for 50 million at a very young age so is judge so. However he should be better than he has been. Man City are on fire at the moment and are good to watch. He is playing well in a strong team. His talent should expect that. He needs a good season behind him for club and country. At the moment he should not start for England until he shows he is worth it. Its just my opinion.I think that applies to the entire squad to be fair.
I think you're right; you're not an expert on these matters.
Whos decision was it to bomb Zaha from England?
35 is not even close to being a young man! Think about the things you'd done in your life by 35.
I'm making my judgement on what is out there about his time as the England manager of which quite a bit is public.
Making racist jokes to a work colleague, especially one that you manage isn't acceptable.
The fact that the FA may be a broken institution doesn't make what he did any less wrong does it?
Sampson didn't do the accent, he told Aluko that if her family were coming to watch her at Wembley, they better not have Ebola.
He's a prick.
Obviously it wasn't what he was sacked for, but no doubt he'd become a liability and they took advantage of a previous indiscretion to get rid.
How long do you think Southgate would have lasted if he'd said it to Sterling?
It looks like Aluko will now be recalled to the England squad under the new interim manager.
None of this **** would have happened if women just stuck to netball.

A bit of a coincidence don't you think? And the fact she is will be made a big thing by the media.....interim manager who wants the job full time bringing a player back that will put said manager in a good light, Hmmmm smells a little of using the situation to enhance her chances to me
I don't think it's a coincidence at all, she was dropped purely for speaking out against the manager.
