"For me" as in "For me, he's had a good game today" - Peter Taylor, and more recently me.

"Can I have that in cash?" - Harry Redknapp

Warnock's ever so delightful, 'we're just happy to be here' and 'we're enjoying every minute of it' shyte which thankfully got him fired

"In the building"
"It's one of them where..."
"At this moment in time..."
"Step up to the plate"
"Cross the white line..."

Nigel Adkins is one of my faves:

"Ey listen..."
"The boys were magnificent"
"They've done ever so well today"
"...but the boys were magnificent today."
"...magnificent..."

Angry Nige <laugh>

Headlines: 'Warnock angered...' or 'Warnock delighted...'

I thouight that was David Burns classic comment. :emoticon-0112-wonde

Phil Browns Bringing Your Best Game to the Table was very well overused by tango man. In fact Phil Brown was cliche man as he had so many. <yikes> His funniest was when he said after the 4-0 loss @ Southampton in 2007, that we were chasing crabs, When i think he meant to say that City were chasing shadows. :emoticon-0120-doh:

Oh T.T. Nigel Adkins is a walking positive. The man would expect a power cut if he was strapped into the electric chair. Nigel always makes me laugh.

From a Daily Mirror Article about Brownie:
“After Hull were battered 6-1 by Liverpool at Anfield in September, reporters had to stifle giggles when Phil gave his post-match interview and claimed everything had gone to plan.

With a straight face he said: “I got the boys in on Sunday to analyse and dissect what went on on Saturday. The most important thing was that I knew the gameplan was right. I watched very closely Fiorentina do exactly the same gameplan and it paid off.”

Why've you done that as lots of seperate quotes? That's just what he said when he was asked how he thought Saints had done in their last game.

"Every game's a cup final for us"

"We respect the opposition"

"Lets not get carried away"

"It wasn't much really, just handbags"

"We won ugly"

"Everyone can beat each other in this league"

If it wasn't Phil Brown I'be been living a lie for the last 3 years. Now that I think about it, it does sound like Burns.
