ever since i first released this story, people first said crap and paper talk, then he will sign, the writing was on the wall from day one . He is a greedy ****, his agent is a greedy **** and he couldn't give a toss about us even though we rescued his career. I reserve the right to have this comment written in the blood of anyone who disagrees...........<laugh><laugh><laugh><laugh>
Feel good blowing yourself? :emoticon-0105-wink:<laugh>

(Joking BTW, in case that wasn't clear)

Superkev taking about it on the debate on Sky tonight. Says it’s idiotic for him to go there. They don’t seem to have taken notice of Donald’s twitter comments mind. Basically SuperKev ageees with what most of us on here say

good luck to the kid....hope it works out for him. We have bigger fish to fry than to worry about a 20 year old that may or may not become a great player. I have to assume that Ross knows Maja was the only one scoring our goals and that he has a plan to replace....I have total faith in Ross the Boss.

As said before, in perspective, the fee is pretty good for a player who has done nothing outside of the third tier of english football - James Vaghan has done nothing outside of the third tier either and look what he cost (depending on what you read) between £500k and £1m.

The fee will rise and I would, as mentioned before, imagine there's a pretty good sell-on clause.

All hinges on whether we get a replacement, and a decent one at that. In this league we could get 2-3 top players for £3.5 million

As much as I hate agreeing with monty - I'd love for us to go and stick a million down for Kieffer Moore - best striker I've seen against us this season and can play at a higher level too - pipedream most likely but it'd be nice!

He's not a Messiah ! He's a very naughty boy !

Would love a Gabbiadini/Goodman type , someone to get you off your seat.

Certainly isnt, given the chance, he has walked out on the club just at the wrong time, letting his team mates, the supporters and worst of all himself down. Good riddance to another rotten apple, we will do well to forget, but never imo forgive him.

That's why it's a step up is what I'm saying.

Yeah, It may well be a step up for him. Ligue 1 is getting more money, but it’s Chinese cash so could be at risk of not being realised Only time will tell. Good luck to the lad, he’ll be playing alongside some good players.

This is a farce

Latest comment from Bordeaux manager. Paraphrased.
"I know him a little bit, but we have a group of specialists for that (presume he means recruitment team). We need a goal scorer and he scores goals. It is a physically difficult championship, you have to be very strong in front and have the quality of a goalscorer. He's a young player, knowing that a young player does not have that quality right now, he gets ready, he improves, it is fine. But he's a young talent."

So looks like he isn't even guaranteed 1st team football in a league that's championship standard at best.

Can only presume his family wants to drink Bordeaux wine and have a nice place to go on holiday. Bordeaux aren't going to be offering him massive wages imo.
