Wouldn't know mate. Giacherrini I've seen mentioned, I really wouldn't know how good he is or where he plays. There just seems a lot of justification for Colback to be sold on this thread.

We'd have trouble, he's out of contract:p. Only down side about it is the lack of fee.

I think you are looking too hard and seeing things that aren't there.

Giacherrini plays in a different positon & is a different player.

If Colback signed a new deal for Sunderland pal most people would be please but now it looks like his leaving people are calling him & saying his ****. sour grapes I say like.

What do you mean? He asked me a question to which I replied. Not looking too hard at anything.

How much do you reckon he's worth? £2m? Haven't seen much of him tbh.

Most are saying he's a decent squad player fella. Which he is. The down side of him leaving for me is nowt to do with the lads ability, it's the fact we get no fee and the fact we'll need extra new face, I wanted the overhaul to be more gradual in an ideal world but with only Larsson resigning the overhaul is going to have to happen in the next two windows or we'll be very light back end of the season. He's easy replaceable, just means more business needs to be done.

He's a decent utility/versatile player, can play lb, rb, dcm or cm, will never be a worldbeater but handy player to have around, i'd say £2-3m, we should quite easily be able to improve on his quality i dare say, downside is his losing his versatility for me but i'm not bothered if he stays or goes really

    Who, Colback?

Maybe in todays daft market, a few million....and that's over inflated.

4 million tops I'd say. He's young and British so he'll hold that extra bit of value for you if you want to sell him.

He's a hard worker and composed on the ball, He's average defensively but woeful going forward bringing no goal threat. He'll hit 90% pass success regularly but they'll all go side ways or backwards. He's not very fast and not very skilful. What you're basically getting is a young, English, very negative but very accomplished passer of the ball.

I don't think a young english player what can play lots of positions is easy replaceable pal.

If we buy better players then I'm not bothered but I very much doubt we will. it wouldn't surprise me if Bridcock takes his places in the team.

Not seen anyone say he's **** like. We've said we're disappointed he's going but mainly as there's no fee. We have cover in his position and he will not be overly difficult to replace. No sour grapes but I will boo the ****er if he graces the sol in a black and white ****rag

He's a player who both Newcastle & Sunderland fans would like to think would not get in our starting 11's after this transfer window shuts! Basically!

Bridcutt will compete with Catt's. Gus has said he has the same role in mind for both of them. Of course we can get better, He's an extremely limited midfielder.

You should give Bridcutt a chance mate, he walked into a struggling team after coming back from a lengthy injury and then his missus suffered a difficult labour with the birth of their child. The lad's had a lot going on.

Thats your opinion pal but my opinion is Colback is better than people like you think. it wouldn't surprise me if Colbacks improves just like what Henderson has done.

I seen Bridcock play loads of times & sorry I don't rate the lad at all.

Of course it's just my opinion. And fair play with yours.

Liking the new improved Baz, a few months a go you would have abused me for my opinon and proclaimed your own as fact. Nice one fella. What's brought this side out fella? Have you been humbled in some way? :p

Jack has been one of our most consistent performers for years now. I personally think he is worth £7 million + in today's over inflated prices..
He would have left with my best wishes if he had gone anywhere else, but I really hope it goes tits up for both parties now..
