Another silver and maybe more medals to come in the equestrian event. Not something I would normally watch but when it is the Olympics it gets exciting when we are close to medals. I hardly dare watch the last round of gymnastics yesterday, truly cool customers those boys to stay calm when the crowd is so up for it. I fear the home advantage worked against the divers, think the expectation of the crowd just got too much for them. Loving the rowing and looking forward to the finals. As for the chinese swimmer, well they say she is clean but for me the doubts still there. It was that last length that looks dodgy, able to go faster than the American bloke. Time will tell cos maybe there is something we don't know about that can't be detected yet. Heartbreaking pictures on www.dailymail.co.uk of how the chinese push their kids the way the East Germans used to.

    .
I think most of the experts want to come straight out and call the Chinese for cheating in some of the events but are having to hold back. Makes a mockery of the Olympics when couuntries abuse the system and their athletes.

Brilliant to watch, should have a good chance of the semis with Canada up next. USA after that so probably end of the road.

I think they could beat USA with some help from the crowd, they are on a roll.

Ah typical Britain, we win a race and batter the opposition, make history with the first gold medals for the women and then get thrashed ourselves and come last with a miserable display.

Well, he is the current World Champion.

    Felt for Cancellara a bit.

Poor old Luis Leon Sanchez broke his chain in the starting house and got a puncture.

Anyway, great days for Wiggins and Froome.

Incredible stuff from Wiggo, made it look so easy then riding about afterwards like he'd just been for a little training run. Cancellera a hero too riding after his fall, who knows might have given Wiggo a fight if fully fit. Amazing to watch all of that, unforgettable.
