Really? Obviously yes.. He's more than good enough.. We're not suddenly playing in a champions league final
We'd be idiots not to give him a contract. Good right back and can fill in at left back. Not many players can do that.
It's up for debate because there's a good chance he will leave the club, or perhaps you can come up with a plausible reason why no deal has been offered to him so far and the club have already suggested Faye and Macca will be offered new deals. Jeez, why don't people engage grey cells a bit more?
How does anyone know that Rosie has not been offered a new deal ? It will be made public knowledge when it is. Steve Bruce wont waste much needed cash on a replacement when he has no need. This debate is futile. Most fans agree that Rosenoir will and should get a new contract. Simples.
Well, apart from your post being childish, you never actually answered the request to explain what parts of my post caused you to insult me. I assume it was the bit saying I thought Rosenior was decent. Either way, you came across as looking a bit of a tart to me.
Yep from me (plus also a yes to Fathi) In a 4-4-2 this gives you the option any 2 from Rosenior, Elmo & Fathi for the two right wide positions - we're gonna need all 3
Strov seems to resort to insults when he comes across someone with a differing opinion. Insecurity is normally the main cause of such behavior.
Fact is, if we don't offer him a new contract shortly some other club will - he'll be a free agent at the end of the month.
Good point, and that was what I was leaning towards. If Bruce only regards him as a squad player behind another right back who he has plans to bring in, any contract offer might be less than he could get from one of the sides likely to be fighting it out in the Championship next season.
100% yes, his commitment is exactly what we need next season, complete professional. Also thought he was the best player on the pitch on Saturday along with Brady.
Actually it's caused by coming across morons who cannot debate a point or have no point in the first place. I think you were the second variety, TWF is the former.
When he was interviewed after the Cardiff game he said that the club had not said anything to him about a new contract.
I dont think there is any doubt about that at all. Yes he would sign it. I dont see Steve Bruce spending much at all on the defence as we have enough already when all are fit. Assuming that FAT Maynor Figuera is the replacement for Andy Dawson and we keep Fathi then all we need in is One More centre back. (Turner if at all possible for me). Steve Bruce needs forwards and forwards that can score goals. That is where i expect most of his spending and business to be centred on at the moment.
It's a yes from me too. I believe he would sign if offered. I read an interview with him and he said he wanted a new deal and still thought he had a lot to offer with us. He also said his nan would kill him if he left
Anyone who thinks no needs their head examined. We ain't .made of money. Why ditch a perfectly good right back, one of our players of last season? I reckon he can cut it in the pl and If we come back down we'll need him.
Think he's quality and just been a victim of this season's system. Really hope he's offered a deal and he stays on. Class act that lad, on and off the pitch.
why do you think that? Im not saying you're wrong, I just dont know why you assume this. He's at an age where he needs to play, he certainly cant have another season like this one and I imagine he'll be asking some serious questions when / if he's offered a deal. A right side with him behind Elmo in a more conventional formation is certainly as good as we could realistically hope for in my eyes.
