Spot on mate. If LJ has the credentials....and it's looking more and more as though he has....we need to give him the time to realise the potential. From the interview,I got the sense that KLD has bought into that. Our recent history is living proof that quick fix manager turnover doesn't work,and,as you say,an identity throughout the different player age groups,is what's required.
Playing the Sunderland way will be the mantra.
I've banged on about this before,but that is what made the
Shankly inspired,Paisley era at Liverpool so special. The whole club played the same way,with the same ethic. Every player wanted to play there,and no-one wanted to leave..( well,apart from Gobby Kev!
