And now she's not...Now she wants return with some bastard child, probably not knowing the father, but you can bet he was no good. And she's trying to find an easy way out..

She didn't bother trying to do this with the first 2..But now as @brb pointed out ISIS are ****ed..She's trying to make a run for it..

The dirty little skank..

Well, the whole coming home thing, yes that's an issue. Because if ISIS hadn't been obliterated then presumably she'd still be willingly aiding them in Syria. And as you say, she's now an adult so she should be treated under the law as an adult.

So i take it that we are finally getting to a stage where you understand my thinking?

Irrelevant of the past, she's now an adult, and is trying to use a 3rd child the right her wrongs

Well if you agree that she should be brought home and treated under UK law, then we're on the same page.

I think she's been a victim of child abuse, so that would need to be taken into consideration. I get that it's an emotive topic, but the law needs to be clear about what she's guilty of and what she is also a victim of.

IS or ISIS as you call them are fooked. Women are now leaving the last stronghold in IS' final days. Hence they all want to return home and some of the fighters themselves are trying to integrate into the various communities. As you know they are not your conventional soldiers easily identifiable, although some will fight to the death and will die.

Cheap terrorists, and use underage girls as sperm banks

you stick with rules and regulations mate, even one's that want to kill, mane others,

We do it with murderers in the UK. They are subject to the law and treated accordingly. This girl as far as we know hasn't even committed any crime, other than going out to Syria and getting plugged by some IS soldiers.

Do freedom fighters not have their British rights revoked?

Is she any different?

Out of interest, if she's been indoctrinated and spent four years getting more radicalized and knocked up. Could she ever be trusted to not recruit others or be a human bomb along with her sprogs?

Do they ? I thought the law was that if they are charged with crimes they either face justice in the country where the crimes were committed, face crimes against humanity in the Hague or are brought back to their countries of nationality to face terrorism charges ?

Maybe she should. We have a different opinion, but I think she was a victim of child abuse and grooming. As far as we know she's committed no crime other than going to Syria and being used by ISIS fighters for sex. If she comes home, she should be investigated and if she's committed any crimes, then she should face the law.

Sorry @PISKIE shes too far gone mate, let her warped ideology stay where it is.

Maybe.

But she was 15 when she went to Syria, and she's not been in school, so she's possibly still educationally akin to a 15 year old. My opinion is that she was a victim of child abuse and should receive support for that, but I get it that that's an unpopular opinion on here.

As I've also said, if she's committed any crimes, then she should also face the law as an adult as she now is.

Saw a bit of her interview on TV and it does seem as though she has no thoughts on rehabilitation, and still believes in the ideology that took her to Syria to start with. However, it does appear that her maternal instincts have driven her to want her child born in the U.K., especially as it appears 2 earlier children have not survived. I guess I believe that any child should be born into a safe environment?

jon venables and robert thompson were only 10 when they killed bulger. They are little ****s too and should be in syria. Some people just aren't redeemable mate (and i'm sure they had terrible childhoods unfortunately).

We can't go saving everyone mate, and to risk the lives of others on a terrorist, not even one who can pretend that they are remorseful is just ******ed and a waste of money. If all we're going to do when she comes back in chuck her in prison then that's not exactly rehabilitation.
