I was "undecided" and, while massively reassured, I wouldn't go back and change my vote. We have been so poor this season - even when getting results - that it will take a little more consistency before I am firmly back in the Koeman is a God camp. We have been excellent for two games, but horrible to watch for much of the rest of the year...
I am inclined to think that Koeman has worked out that our system had been, erm, worked out, and that the change to 352 is his first truly impressive bit of tactical management. Before that he was following a prescribed path. Even his substitutions look better this week.
We don't make a party when we win and all that...
I completely agree about the substitutions. But that too was probably more of a direct result of the tactical switch. When playing the usual 4-3-3 type formation, we don't have the option of bringing Tadic off the bench to grab a goal, for example, because invariably he's already on the pitch. Oh how nice it is to have options on the bench other than Juanmi!
