  • Don't know or undecided

I hope there's 9 people on this board prepared to change their mind now. Strange one of them has gone terribly quiet!
Assuming I'm one of the 9, why should I change my mind? I never said he should be sacked. I said I was growing concerned and he had to go if we lost to Watford and WBA. We beat them easily, so he shouldn't be sacked. Simples. I don't think I was wrong to doubt him at the time but he's shown he's still the man for the job.

Edit: Just seen that 9 voted for him to be sacked. My bad!

Yup. Was referring to the 'sack him now' crew. Not having a go by the way at them, we're all wrong a lot of the time. I just think the decent ones are those that can admit it. We were all concerned.

I only voted for Watford, but had a feeling we would win that one anyway! We won it easier than I thought. No question in my mind now, sack him if we lose six on the trot.

I went the Watford route too so am exempt ;) There was no option for 'sack him if he and the owners are singing from different wavelengths;. Seems they are more than singing from the same hymn sheet and are in fact working together fabulously to bolster each other's positions and make us all think we have the best board and manager in the world......which of course is super true. Great day to be a Saint.

I think that the signing has lifted the place. Watching the game on sky, Long was every where. Would like to see him up top with Austin and mane.

The Arsenal will be out for revenge and will go for us tooth and nail. Now we can either wait for our chances and then take them or sit back and get hammered. I think it will be a cracker and we will go for them again. In my book it is pointing to a fabulous draw with it swinging either way.
As for Utd that is a very unpredictable match if they turn up it will be a hard one if they don't the points will be in the bag.....Come on you Saints........:emoticon-0126-nerd:

I was "undecided" and, while massively reassured, I wouldn't go back and change my vote. We have been so poor this season - even when getting results - that it will take a little more consistency before I am firmly back in the Koeman is a God camp. We have been excellent for two games, but horrible to watch for much of the rest of the year...

I am inclined to think that Koeman has worked out that our system had been, erm, worked out, and that the change to 352 is his first truly impressive bit of tactical management. Before that he was following a prescribed path. Even his substitutions look better this week.

We don't make a party when we win and all that...

75.9% held their nerve in difficult times, which is a pretty good return really. The 24.1% who either wobbled or lost it completely were the most vocal, but ain't that always the way?
You mean 1 or 2 were vocal? Considering it is a private poll you don't have a clue who voted for what. There wasn't 45 people moaning etc in every thread.

Koscielny and Mertsacker hate the over the top ball to a fast player. Us and Liverpool both proved that. If we play the same then we have a chance.
