The blind ignorance on show by Tash here is astounding. Hes almost a real life caricature for the typical Daily Mail reader. The suspicious, ill informed bigot who spouts his opinion without any factual evidence, just a sense of self belief in what he is saying overriding any rational thought.

It's scary that people like Tash want to join the army. Scary.

Our army are used, on the whole, for big business contracts, land and resources. Young, naive soldiers are giving the patriotic talk and sent off to, pretty much, gain that for the British government. A few million innocent people die - but we're here to help, right?

I'd rather believe them than stupid ******s making up conspiracy theories. It is my believe that muslim terrorists blew up the buildings. You can believe stupid youtube videos about conspiracy theories if you want.

I was considering joining the army, i don't want people trying to convince me not to me, but it is my belief that if we didn't have an army, we'd get taken over, as proven by history plenty of times before.

I'd rather we didn't take the chance of global disarmament, and hope that everyone else is just as nice.

All i wanted was the opinion of people who have served.

Wow....seriously? You have some major balls to call me ignorant. After you have stated with complete assurance that ;

A. It is -clearly- written in the Qur'an that all non-muslims should be "terrorized" as you put it.
B. That if we didnt have an army, and undefined mishmash of The Taliban, Al Qaeda and general Muslims would attack our country without question

And thats before we get to some of the other tripe Ive seen you come out with. I think its been clearly stated, you wouldnt stand a week in the army. You stamp your feet up and down at any criticism, you are staggeringly immature, and think yourself above "****ty minimum wage jobs".

Heres a newsflash for you, as a 19 year old out of education you -will- have to work minimum wage jobs. Ive had to do ****ty minimum wage waitering jobs on the side with my degree, and Im prepared that Ill probably have to do something ****ty like that for a while after I leave uni.

Then again, your ignorance and blind acceptance of what the government tells you probably means you're perfect army "grunt" material.

And no , I don't get my information and opinion from youtube films. I get them by reading into the subject you are currently abusing , on a daily basis. Are you going to make a case for the hundreds of thousands of innocent Palestinians/Iraqis/Afghanis that die for no reason? Or are they sub humans to you because they are Muslims?
