Fleetwood Town are set to confirm the signing of Scunthorpe United striker Paddy Madden for a fee worth in the region of £150,000.00.

We should be getting involved with that. Where do you get a goal scorer from any level for such a nominal price in this day and age. £3.5m for No Dick ffs!

He’s not scored for a while bob, I’m not even sure he’s in their team. They are looking st other strikers aswell

Jack Marriott at Peterborough would be a good shout. He's got 17 already this season. The only downside would be the fee, as he's on a four year contract. Charlie Wyke at Bradford isn't doing badly either, either would improve our goalscoring exploits.

Scoring goals isnt the issue and what little money we have should be spent on cb/full backs

I'd say given that we have one fully fit striker who has missed a hatfull of chances in the last 10 or so games shows the need for another centre forward. Call me Mr Picky but I can't see Will Keane being the saviour of the season.

I'd take an extra striker and always would, but rite now I'd like to see cb/fb as priority, keep a clean sheet and you don't lose, we are just leaking to many goals atm

Or go up the leagues and get Nackered Wells and Danny Ings to keep Nige super-busy.

Well the time of season I hate again. Can someone open another thread when we have actually made a signing instead of me having to trawl through the wish list. After all that is all it is with our owners.
