Be interesting to see how 19 year old James McConnell plays in midfield for Liverpool today. Obviously going to be competing against Tyler for a squad place. They have Gravenberch, Endo, Elliott, Szobozslai, Jones, Morton, McConnell, Trent?, Macallister. For 3 spots. Not including Tiago cos think he will be gone before next season

Another big consideration will be Klopp leaving... will the new manager 'fancy' him... any new manager wants to bring in their own people and Liverpool already have a multitude of midfield options... so where would Tyler be in the pecking order...?... if there's 1% chance Acun will make it into 2%...

FFP balancing is going to be the new name of the game. Sell your youth assets off and its pure profit meanwhile signing Rogers they can spread the cost

This seems like a failure of FFP to me. I wonder whether it'll eventually be changed to stop incentivising clubs selling off their academy talent.
