He’s been dropped the last 2 league games. As Syd says he’s certainly not the worst we’ve had but definitely not worth making a decent sized outlay on especially given we clearly are in the mix for much better players

An old work colleague of mine who is a Rangers nut always spoke highly of Kent during his time at Ibrox. He reckons he would do a cracking job for City if we got him. This was the same bloke who told me all about Stewart Elliott when he signed for us.
My Opinion is we are looking at 5 more after Kent it looks like they are throwing all the eggs into one basket this window hoping we have a really strong 2nd half of the season and are able to go up with a view if we go up we are able to turn most of the loans we have into premanents and have a quieter summer window with just a few additions.
They clearly view this season as an opportunity now. I think with the attitude has shifted but getting in a suitable Delap replacement is going to be interesting spanner in the works now.

i had fluid on the knee I was out for 6 weeks before I could resume what I was doing.
If Delap was only going to be out for 3 weeks they would not be looking at a possible replacement I think.
