You can't go comparing Ozil to that first list, i don't think anyone rates Henderson, Sissoko or Lamela (well spurs fans for some reason have a hard on for him), thats like comparing archers road to pete saxton.

Mata already looks to be under threat with Sanchez arriving, you can add Lingard to that if Ozil comes.

I personally don't think we need him.

I think Mata’s lack of pace is an issue for Mourinho.

Mhiki wasn't getting a game any time soon, I mean a first teamer.

Sanchez will take the place of Mata or Lingard, leaving them fighting for one place.

Ozil comes in and they're both ****ed. I'd have those two over Ozil any day.

Ozil isn't pacey either though although he might just shade being a little bit faster than mata

Maybe, not no need to make that change just for a bit more though.

Mata is a top man, has made a name for himself at United as a grounded, commited player. Causes no issues whatsoever.

He's a genuine fans favourite, we can see what playing for United means to him.

Why ditch that in favour of Ozil on twice the salary?

To me it's bizarre to even think it.

agreed. It's not just about individual players and there are other dynamics at play like team chemistry, effort etc.

I was just saying Ozil is technically better imo over Mata.

Mata's just one of those likeable fellas, donating salary, down to earth blog, 100% effort and an underdog in that he's a great player because of his talent even though he's not quick, strong or have the lungs of a cheetah.

He was a Chelsea fans favourite too.
