I was one of them. Partly performance based and partly frustration at signing a player for a position we already had lots of cover in. Maybe Marco can help him find his Mojo.
I am seriously glad you are not my accountant, I think you would have grave difficulty in balancing any books.
these are miles better than anyone who we have at our club.............and some lame ducks are still fawning over the loss of Rosie? <smirk>
Van Der Wiel and Emenike would be amazing signings. A natural, attacking full back down the right and another striker with real pace and power. Would definitely improve us.
Can't help but think that a lot of these Snodgrass 'stories' are just purely the media adding 2 + 2 and getting 10. No club other than a Chinese one is going to offer what his value is. He is priceless to us. And even if he didn't play another game for us this season it would still be a massive bonus that he wasn't going to one of our relegation rivals. Why would we let him go on the cheap at this point in the season to relegation rivals?!?! We wouldn't . I think it's just pure cheek from Boro and West Ham. Media needing to fill column space and have seen that Snodgrass has turned down a new contract and keep trying to pour oil on the fire.
If this happens that's a superb signing A quality player in a position that we need to fill Can't help but thinking we'll have some competition though
You're certainly right. A lot of the media are reporting that he wants away because he turned down the offer, but forget to mention that the offer wasn't worth the paper it was written on.
he is priceless at the moment cos our squad is threadbare. but if we can get someone better, for cheaper?
Burnsy just tweeted he thinks as many as 6/7 coming in but losing 3/4 to balance the books and make a profit
if true silva obviously wants to chnge the way we play, hopefully he'll bring players in that are quick and can play at pace
