I think we're going to see some moving out that might upset some people, but it's probably needed in order to challenge at the higher end of the table next season. I wouldn't be surprised to see any of these fairly prominent names go if we're looking to strengthen in the areas mentioned previously...

Doc
Longman
Figuereido
Elder
Ebiowei
Pelkas
Greaves (if the right offer comes in)
Smith
Fleming
Woods

I personally think we need to keep the rest and just build on it with a few key men. Might need two left backs at this rate and I'd certainly like to keep hold of Elder if Greaves goes and vice versa. If we make can Darlow and Connolly permanent that's a small part of the job done. If those names go out I'd like a CB, LB, DM, winger and striker, all as hopeful improvements on what we have already.

There seems to be a general acceptance from the club that this will be Greaves last season with us. The money clubs will pay will be far too much for us to turn down.

Your list is probably about right, though Pelkas will probably be turned into a permanent deal.

Getting rid of Docherty and Greaves would be madness
Greaves might want to go seeing how he has been messed around
I'd like to see Oscar and Connolly up front together
You need a certain type of player to be up front on your own - or certain types of players around you!

Yes let's not make the same mistake as last year by ripping apart the heart of the team again

Watch him go on to become a top class centre half and we’ve ****ed about playing him at left back.

Play a different formation
1 goalkeeper - Darlow
3 centre backs - Jones Greaves McLoughlin
2 wing backs - Coyle Elder
3 midfield - Seri Docherty Slater
2 strikers - Oscar Connolly

But then you're dropping an attacking/creative player for another defender when we're solid enough at the back without the need for an additional centre half.

Add Coyle... though he's been good the last two games when given his chance..

If Greaves leaves he wont be played at left back ever again

I wouldn't be so sure. Its certainly a plus when a player is versatile enough to do so.

We don't currently need a 5th defender in the 11 and he's not getting in ahead of Alfie or Sean right now, quite rightly.

Why further blunt a not exactly prolific attack to accommodate another defender when it's blatantly obvious we need to create more not concede fewer?

Smacks of favouritism to me.
