David Robson - Crawley loan ended.
Billy Chadwick - Boston United (one-month loan deal).

An ok window.
Was surprised we let Smith go as rosie said we wouldnt earlier in the window.
Never looks like scoring though

I think it's ben a very good window. We've reduced the numbers which was Liams priority, whilst adding depth in goal and quality up top. Konrad would've been the cherry on top, but with Ebiowei, Longman, Tetteh, Pelkas, Sayyadmanesh and Connolly all capable of playing out wide it wasn't a necessity.

I fancy us for a top half finish, but we have probably given ourselves too much to do for play offs. Next season already excites me though. 9 months into the Liam revolution and no doubt a couple more key players added. What's Readings record point total again?

This is the point really.

We all thought playoffs was ambitious but at the start of the season Acun said top half minum, top. 10 would be good and playoffs the aspiration.

You can't build Rome in effectively 6 months of player trading. Last Jan was just about the new regime taking Control and completing the outstanding business which made sense.

Posted 2 hours ago that he has signed. That was before Baz's breaking news that he'd flown in.

What is the point of Baz... He more or less confirmed it an hour ago

This is another example of where Baz can't win. First one person was bragging that they know the player has already signed and Baz is behind. Then when it turns out he didn't sign in time, another person is complaining that Baz said he was already signed (and he didn't say that).

We are six points off the playoffs despite the appalling defensive record under Shota. We have a stronger team for the remainder of the season and a Manager who has had a great start. With 51 points still up for grabs, why cant we make the playoffs?

I think we're a chance but realistically we'd need to rely on a lot of teams falling over to make it in. Teams like WBA, Norwich, Luton have all strengthened and are starting ahead of us for the run in.

More than happy with the signings, pity Korrad one couldn't be gotten over the line, but probably go back to that one in the summer. The young boys from Oldham and Peru look like good investments.

Jesus,

Complainers complain, but we have a much leaner squad with a couple of apparent enhancements so let's run with it.

We cannot afford to wait till the summer for Simons, there will be even more clubs sniffing. It needs to be done today.

He’s already here on loan, we’ve agreed a fee, it’s basically a loan with an option now if it doesn’t get done today. He’s our player

Hasn’t signed

Nonsense, he’s signed. We were told 2 and 8 hours ago.

Don't get Shark started on the concept of loans with options..

Shame about Konrad, wouldn't have minded seeing what he had to offer but generally we've managed to balance things out, and get read of some who weren't going to trouble the first team too often. Good luck to them,, and looking forward to seeing how Ebiowe gets on

8 hours ago it started popping up places.

Was on the cards well be before that as you well know it must've been, but I accept it wasn't widely reported as a banker til Baz reported it.

He didn't just "Fly in to complete the deal " as was dramatically reported.

If he's actually arrived in person this evening then the deal was done days ago.
The deal was nearing completion yesterday.
