Pleased to hear it old shag. I don't eat meat but enjoy fish. I also try and restrict my intake of dairy products. Teetotal and non smoker. Fit as a butcher's dog.

 

If Darlow goes to Forest to play for a couple of weeks we don’t want him.

Not sure the 'butcher's dog' analogy really works there, but I'll raise a glass (of Ale) to continued health and verility all the same.

Fad diet which sounds pretty 'woke' to me though.
