I dunno, if Bowen at 21 had thought "I've just played a few PL games with City, gotten relegated, scored a handful of goals in the Championship, what if I get a serious injury and don't get my chance, I should push for a move back to the PL now" I think he'd be a very different and far poorer player for it.

He's a winger. He'd do nicely for me if we can get it done.

Then potentially we'd be looking at using him on the wing and Allahyar up front, in which case we're still strengthening.

Acun has apparently mentioned wanting 4 signings - I assume that's in addition to Slater - so hopefully two attacking players, a full back and a CB.

4 is it? News to me.... :azn:

At least 1 of the 'bankers' is no more and a couple of backups also.

Well see how we're sitting on Monday night I guess.

****ing hell, it’s been hard enough as a supporter, what does anyone think it has been like as a player already at the club.
All KLP wanted to do was play and Ehab took that away.
No wonder that he wants to go. I would in his shoes, in fact, I would already have gone.
Magennis probably had more determination to leave and might have said **** this I’m off, when the ownership wasn’t sorted before the window opened.

Nothing has pissed KLP off, he just feels the time is right to move, he feels ready. While that may or not be the case, we can bank an eight figure sum for him which is pretty good going. We might even get him back on loan depending on where he goes.

Acun wants four, not including Slater. Pelkas is one, Iranian lad is another. Should be another striker and a defender coming in to round it out.

Shota will have his own targets too, you might even see somebody from his old club Pakhtakor coming across if the money is right.
