Wolves have recalled Ryan Giles from his loan at Cardiff, handy for us, as he has nine assists in the first half of the season (the joint-highest in the Championship).

A quick bit of research shows that Vato was born in Homburg, Germany, so he may hold a German passport as well as Georgian passport which may help with the work permit issues.

I don’t think it will, we are out of the EU now, so it been a euro zone country doesn’t help on visas (I think!)

Out of contract in summer and market value of 203k according to transfermarkt.

No way is he worth a million, played 69 mins in Turkish Super Lig this season.

Maybe the reported 1m deal includes add ons and wages?

He's now officially left the club. Will we go for him as reported?

Usually plays central midfield but can also cover at left back. Not sure how he would get a work permit though, not a full international and hasn't played many games for Bursaspor this season.

Maybe it is Bursaspor paying Hull City back for the failed Kamil Grosicki deal that never went through on the closing day of the transfer window in August 2018. Kamil had his medical and then did a 'DJ Campbell' before he could sign the contract.

I'd be amazed if the kid HT said we've pretty much signed isn't him. He seems to fit the bill although I'm not sure how he'd get a work permit mind

Why would a new owner who wants to progress want to sign him.
