The FA were understanding of "the specific and unique nature of the circumstances" when he tested positive for cocaine, I'd be surprised if they weren't as understanding again, any fine should be on West Ham.
 
Hopefully they'll "remind Jake of his responsibilities" and that will be that.

The prick is lucky there were people in the way. Livermore's a big lad.

Worst thing for me is, on the clip all the other fans are laughing. I’d like to think if that was us and someone said that to an oppo player we’d ****ing shake the **** out.

I’d hate to see any kind of apology from Jake over this, he should say he’d do it again tomorrow and every other time. There’s a line and this **** went ridiculously over it.

Agreed, they already got what they wanted and that was a reaction from Jake, last thing we need is for them to gain any infamy from it.
 
I hear West ham have identified the twat....That said, a life banning order is in order. Shame is I bet they don't release the arseholes name....
Having a pop at opposition players is part of the banter, but this is way way below the belt....

Fair enough. I'm only guessing but I'd have thought inside the stadium during play you wouldn't necessarily hear a lot of things people nearby have said. Only they could say really.
 
Maybe the FA like Livermore, the only two times I can remember them making pretty good decisions recently (outside of the name change, which that at-the-time chairman **** Greg Dyke voted in favour of) involved him.
