The FA were understanding of "the specific and unique nature of the circumstances" when he tested positive for cocaine, I'd be surprised if they weren't as understanding again, any fine should be on West Ham.
Like he was over the drugs issue. Fa showed a lot of compassion and sense dealing with a very difficult situation and I feel that the circumstances of last night will mitigate any punishment
Yeah I like that they've both done that. No need to blow it all up into a big thing. Good of West Ham to take responsibility.
Hopefully they'll "remind Jake of his responsibilities" and that will be that. The prick is lucky there were people in the way. Livermore's a big lad.
Fully support Jake Livermore in this. But really, let's hope the waste of space little speck of **** lard marf 'supporter', gets no more publicity than already created.
Guaranteed an interview in either The Sun or Daily Fail. "I was wrong, I'm sorry about what I said, Some other attempt at sympathy, etc." **** off.
Livermore apparently comes from a well known family not to be ****ed with. I expect the bitch who said it will get her comeuppance.
Worst thing for me is, on the clip all the other fans are laughing. I’d like to think if that was us and someone said that to an oppo player we’d ****ing shake the **** out. Bastard. I’d hate to see any kind of apology from Jake over this, he should say he’d do it again tomorrow and every other time. There’s a line and this **** went ridiculously over it.
Agreed, they already got what they wanted and that was a reaction from Jake, last thing we need is for them to gain any infamy from it.
I hear West ham have identified the twat....That said, a life banning order is in order. Shame is I bet they don't release the arseholes name.... Having a pop at opposition players is part of the banter, but this is way way below the belt....
Some half wits think that just because they’re at a football match can shout and say whatever they like. Thick as pig ****.
Common sense prevails... Sky Sports News @SkySportsNews BREAKING: @WBA midfielder Jake Livermore will not face any FA action after confronting supporter in 2-1 loss at @WestHamUtd. #SSN
Fair enough. I'm only guessing but I'd have thought inside the stadium during play you wouldn't necessarily hear a lot of things people nearby have said. Only they could say really.
Maybe the FA like Livermore, the only two times I can remember them making pretty good decisions recently (outside of the name change, which that at-the-time chairman **** Greg Dyke voted in favour of) involved him.
