People take what they want from this forum and good on them, some take friendships, some take the news, some practise their right to be judgemental over strangers, some air their personal life on here, some look for advice on where to have a drink. That's how it is, how it has always been and how it will carry on being. If people get to the point where they feel like they get nothing from it they leave.

All is well in the world.

Facinating read this has been.

I'll keep it as brief as I can.

This forum is absolutely bursting with quality posters, quality footy threads, and quality OT threads.

I often laugh my tits off at this forum, I sometimes disagree, but generally I respect all of the posters views.

We get not enough article starters, and as such there's a few who seem prevailant on the forum, it's not that, but if nobody throws up a topic, then what are we to do?

I tend to see irregular 'starters' starting already discussed topics without checking, as such, they get less posts, as it's already been done.

I've only met a couple lads of this forum, sound as ****, I hope to meet more over this season, as I think there is a top, top bunch of lads, with strong character and varied opinion, we don't live in a world were everyone has to love and get everything, be all pals, be all this, that.

OT posts are always marked OT, just here for footy? Stay out of those.

Sometimes footy threads go off on a tangent, you know why? Because of the strength of this forum and it's community, we all have a ****ing great laugh and despite seldom having met, we know each others humour, how to wind each other up.

I ****ing love this forum me, gets me through a lot of otherwise dull days, absolute top draw bunch of lads who I have all the time in the day for,

T&S said 'think it's ran it's course...'.

More members than ever, more posts than ever, aye right.

This forum is, and will continue to thrive, I just urge the readers, get involved, post more. Like real life, the ore you speak, the more you respect, there are posters I look out for cos I know it's gonna be worth a read, or a laugh, or controversial.

Get amongst it, make yourself one of those.
 
Can I be in the clique?

Seriously, stick a bunch of lads in any situation they're not all going to get along.

I get involved in threads involving people aged between probably 19 and whatever age the old chaps are on here, Para, Comic sketch maker, Marine, DJ, Drummer, Banker, Retired, Uni, Builder, Butcher, Singer, Pole Vaulter, Landscape Aussie Gardener, Entrepreneur, Astronaut, Teacher... I made some up... Where do u get that kind of diversity? People's opinions will obviously be from one end of the spectrum to the other by default.

I learn something new every day on this cyber-nuthouse!
 
Cliques?? I wouldn't say there is a clique here? If there is one it is only due to the fact the same few people start and contribute to threads. This board welcomes new posters with open arms and encourages them to post. Schwerer Gustav, don't not post just because you feel like your post won't be answered. Take the time to write good threads and people will respond. They are a top bunch here (even I have met a couple of the posters here!)
 
Unlucky and Smug just drop it please or take it to private messages. It's tiresome and people are now reporting your rants against each other.

The mods don't need emails about your petty squabbles.

I bet every single argument most likely involved him following you around being an arsehole followed by you reacting to it.

Just ignore him man. If you want to get rid of him, don't rise to it. The more you insult him the more he comes back. Back yourself up by all means but deal with him yourself if that's the case.

If indeed it is tiresome, get rid of him, don't encourage him. He's a windup merchant, getting involved in these spats gives him exactly what he wants.

He's a spot, leave him alone and he'll **** off, keep picking at him and he'll be a full on puss filled boil.
