One of the basic 'problems' Bob is that there are many people who sit back and read the threads without posting or starting threads. As far as I'm concerned they have no place criticising what appears on the board. The more people who are there and who will jump on someone going too far the more reasonable people become. If half a dozen people suggest I'm going too far I'll generally take a step back. I'm not being personal btw, just making a general comment.

He was a Mag who made statements he couldn't back up and said he'd leave if he was proven wrong. I instantly proved him wrong. He was the one who puffed his chest out and said he'd leave. I said, on here, that I didn't want him to go and actually pm'd him to say so. You're a Mag who makes statements you can't back up and run away and hide, for a few days, when you're proved wrong. At least Sombrero has some dignity and principles.

I hope you take this in the right spirit, I have a grudging respect for you. I rarely involve myself with defending anyone, I have enough on defending mesel, but Bri is the one bloke I'd miss off here if he went. Not only does he produce a match-day thread that other boards can only dream of, he defends SAFC to the death from 'invaders'. I've seen him attacked by a gang of Hull, or whoever, and stand his ground when others would've wilted ...... that's not soft in my opinion.

Fair play that I don't take this board too serious, there's no such thing as ""running away and hiding" its a forum ffs. You're obsessed with "backing things up", sometimes people just provide an opinion that's what forums are about haha.
