TBH, he didn't have to go anywhere for what's less than half a season.
He'd have earned as much and only needed a Solanke injury to be back in the Bournemouth team.

Took him a while, and he looked absolutely awful under the greatest English manager the world has ever seen, who just managed to get a home point against the greatest team in the league… hang on, no it was Luton!

TBF that usually translates as 'spending a fortune and crossing your fingers'.
Everton have ambition but can't afford to finish their stadium.
Not spending millions and millions getting the club deeper and deeper into debt = no ambition!
I'd rather have no ambition than be in the place we were in Shorts last couple of seasons! Short was keeping the club afloat and seemed to take the financial losses rather than expecting it back from the club at the end!
