In case you missed my post in the Coventry match thread, RLB gave an injury update...

https://www.sunderlandecho.com/spor...who-should-be-back-for-millwall-clash-5035756

Hjelde and Lee Fee could be available for Millwall, West Brom a week later if not.

Ballard and Samed two weeks later...

The international break could have come at a good time. Things could be looking rosey soon.

Have a great Wednesday everyone knowing God loves us. Ask God what you can do today to help others. Blessings

The Cirkin injury hasn't caused us to much trouble if Hjelde is back, and O9 can also cover. Coupled with Seelt having a comfortable cameo in the final few minutes at Coventry (due to Cirkin injury), things aren't as bad as first thought.
Personally thought Seelt looked very dodgy v Coventry. I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt with how long he’s out for and how bad our whole team was that day, but still a small concern.

I watched the game again last night as the doddsball was so poor... he made several intelligent passes when all around him (O9 excluded) seemed to have lost their heads :emoticon-0148-yes:

6-8 weeks for Cirkin, same lad that got mundle, Browne and many others bang on

Frankly the way Cirkin has been of late he wont be missed at all, and Seelt looked fine to me., forced change may be a good thing who knows. . I would like to see more unforced changes tbh but am not expecting it .
Wouldn't disagree, but we don't want any more injuries.

We won't see Huggins or Alese this season. Likely won't see Cirkin either given his history with hamstrings.
