It's unclear if we'd be prevented from competing or not, it does seem that we've breached the rules, but it's up to UEFA to decide if we'd be allowed to enter.

I'd love to see us competing in Europe, whatever the consequences.

And PLT is right, AA's got it into his head that only the first season is difficult, once you get through that, he thinks it's easy to stay up.

No, you're on the right side of that by my maths, for the first 2 season monitoring period, you blew £36.8m which falls under the 45m Euro limit.

As for the competition itself, at the risk of sounding patronising, surely you'd love to have a pop at European competition? We enjoyed our first few attempts at the UEFA, but I have to admit that now, personally, I'd rather we miss out this season. But that's largely because of the Sunday league fixtures & the fact that we've seen & done it a few times.

We do seems to be within the limit by about £400k, I thought our 2011-12 loss was bigger than it was, but our big losses were actually recorded in 2010-11 and 2012-13.

So despite all the hand wringing and wailing, we wouldn't be exempt due to our "crazy" owner? Great.

We can't be fussy. We might never have a chance to play in Europe again. Without wanting to sounds negative there's a strong possibility we'll get relegated next year so we really should be desperate to take any opportunity to get into Europe. It'd be amazing to see City play in Europe. Imagine thousands of us piling on the ferry to go to Holland/Belgium. It'd be ace.

Roadblocks on Hedon Rd.

Humbs Police advising people not to travel.

Snarling dogs on king George Dock.

All drink confiscated and sniffer dogs deployed.

What's that I can see in the distance?

**** me, it's the Twin Towers!

Semi final weekend us when we play Manchester Utd away, so that will have to be put back to a night game which should deter the flaskers and plastics and leave more tickets for the real fans.

I'm not sure how many tickets we'll get for the semi final? 40,000 ish?

Dare to book.

10.000 tonight there'll be plenny of tickets for the semi and final surely?? I mean 15 quid for an adult was just too much unless Wembley make it a fiver a go we just will not use our full allocation......

don't worry if we go down, he'll make us a franchise and register us in the Egyptian Super league.. <doh>
