That’s awful trying to take a draw against a crap team. When a home win can decide your safety , especially when a draw would have still left us work to do anyway . I’d have rather seen us lose 2-3 , leaving holes at the back pushing for a winner .

Agree with pretty much all of this. Feel for Joseph though. He does all the graft parts of the job and then I can't think of a single time we've passed the ball for him to run onto and we've very rarely played it to his feet.

He's played nearly 1000 mins for us and never looked like scoring, I honestly think i'd rather have Bedia up top, he may have been **** but at least he scored SOME goals

I do actually still think we’ll stay up….with a draw. I think Crooks needs to play because we don’t look like scoring but with him in the team at least he’s such a threat in the air.

And Bedia is up there with goals too.

It's hard to fathom off the back of last season just how ****e this has been. The fact that Luton were dead and buried and our now above us is ridiculous.

But what is more galling is just how ****e Derby were and they still beat us. They were gifting possession in key areas and all we could do was thank them and pass it back to the defence.

Honestly, if I didn't know better I'd say they had been told to relegate us, because even in the murky depths of the Drypool Division 4, you still have the footballing sense to play forward when the opposition makes a mistake. I've never seen a team win possession and then not use that advantage to attack, never.

Selles isn’t going to suddenly change out style of play or negative tactics within a week. I honestly think we are down.
The good news is that we have some decent league 1 players like Joseph and Hughes. But I won’t be renewing my membership next season if that’s the case. I’ll just watch them on the dodgebox or though I suspect not all league 1 games will be televised.

I've said the following since this season started and stand by it...
The biggest issue out of a long list of problems we've had this season was how we handled our summer activity. We gutted the squad and brought in largely just youth and potential and far too late too. ANYONE would have struggled to manage this team. There's some quality in there but they play like strangers.

Selles has been here since December. There's no excuse for how we've gone backwards these past weeks.
