Chazz, I’m talking about the issues at the whole club. I’d be making the same point if it was any manager - this is about continuity and the biggest issue facing the club this year was the reckless way they worked last summer.

We were bottom when Selles took over - so how you can claim it’s solely his fault is beyond me. Could he have done better? Undoubtedly. But it’s more than his fault we are where we are.

My point was not about Rosenior, my point was about Acun.

Well what a fecking sh!t show that was! Can anyone explain what our playing "style" is supposed to be? Today it was just boot the ball aimlessly forward and hope Joseph - who can run all day but can't get the ball - might get on the end of it. Add to that another powder puff midfield display with no one showing anything like the passion and desire they showed 2nd half last week. Yet again the oppo goalie leaves without getting his gloves dirty and yet again we concede a soft goal, because we don't have a commanding centre half.

As for those who say "all" we have to do is win next week - where are the bleeding goals coming from?

Agree with pretty much all of this. Feel for Joseph though. He does all the graft parts of the job and then I can't think of a single time we've passed the ball for him to run onto and we've very rarely played it to his feet.

 

I might not even watch it. Just check the score after the game and see if we have an R next to our name in the table.

 

Yes, because they're the TEAM, and they're the ones who have still got an opportunity to get us out of this mess.

 

Oh and why wait till 86 minutes to make the triple subs? should have done it with 25 or so to go. Eustace got on with making his subs and it worked for them

He bought players, he didn’t play half those signings at times, he’s coached them for five months
We are **** and he carries the can for that

 

If he cared about the TEAM, he'd take the boos on the chin. He made it about himself. As if to say he was blameless. Not very TEAM like?

 

He responded. In the moment. He ****ing cares.

 

For months now we've aimlessly lumped the ball forward to nobody. It just serves to turn possession over instantly every time. When we're not 'early 2000s Bolton off Wish' all we tend to do is cautiously pass the ball sideways and backwards. There's just so little creativity or bravery.

It's like we've kept the worst parts of Roseniorball and added aimless hoof ball into the mix as well, except we're poor at both and neither serve to us creating anything useful.

 

Can blame Acun as much as you want but Selles hasn’t been great for us at all, very negative and we deserve all we get.
