One would assume that the 2025 finish refers to all roadworks etc etc, not just the bridge which will hopefully be finished earlier? If not **** me.
The bridge is supposed to take about eight months, that board in the photograph relates to the major road works, not the footbridge.
I walked through there a few months ago which was the first time in about 20 years, and I was shocked how run down it looked compared to 20 years earlier.
