I got reminded by this old thread started by me way back in 2011-2011 when Mrs. BLUE_MOUNTAINS_BEAR wrote her thread about CanadaTiger turning 80.

So. Might as well have a rerun since it's sort of interesting.
It was a proper pain to update the table last time. So I'm gonna try to simplify it this time around with a poll.

I'm 27 now, was about to turn 20 back then.....crazy how time has flown by.
How old are you geezers?

(I made a mistake with the last poll, so had to create a new thread)

Holy Cow !!! I never realized that I'm 89 already. Thought I was 81. Thanks Mrs BMB. I'd better go and get some rest !!!!

As long as you make sure it's the anniversary of the day you were born, it's a proven fact that birthdays are good for your health. The more you have, the longer you live.

I can't really remember, I was very young at the time.

The people that told me my birth day, also told me there was a Santa Claus and tooth fairies, so I don't see them as credible witnesses.
Try Somerset House

Not sure if records go back that far though.

All right, Mr. DeMille, I'm ready for my close-up.

Expected nothing other than a Ghurkinesque response but will still disclose my birthday which happens to be today.

Was born 3 years before the Atomic bomb was dropped on Hiroshima 75 years ago.Always wanted to visit this city and went for one of my birthdays many years ago. Loved the day and attended the memorial ceremony near the Atomic Bomb Dome. That night a candlelit flotilla with thousands of candles came down the river past the dome.

At the ceremony was the guy who left the city after the bomb was dropped and headed to Nagasaki to be there when the second bomb hit. Called Yamaguchi he died in 2010 aged 93.

Finally a belated birthday greeting to Quatartiger Cambridgetiger who was 61 yesterday.
