I know a lot of people knock him, I am not, but I think we have better midfielders so happy if it comes off

Me too mate, hes a decent player but we have far too many bodies in that department. Unfortunately hes the worst out of the bunch imo.
I want to see Embleton get an opportunity next season and offloading Honeyman would boost his chances massively .

I'm sorry to see him go, local lad etc but understand others comments.
He was proud to lead us out twice at Wembley, pity we didn't win either game.
Were stacked in midfield so if we get a fee for him makes sense.

So that would be Catts and Honeyman out to be replaced with Robson and Embleton. I actually think weve strenghened our midfield from last season by doing this, not forgetting the added addition of Dobson who will push Mumba out of the pecking order.

Im not so sure about that. Id say ONien or McLaughlin.

O'Nien for me, I don't like keepers as captains because half the team can't hear them.

I've got time for Honeyman and I think he's underrated, explaining why he's not thought to be good enough for league one by quite a few but looks to be going to the championship, but given the number of CMs we have they're pretty much all up for sale.

True mate. Ideally id like to see a CB as captain but we have no guaranteed starters at the moment.

Yeah we're struggling a bit at CB for regulars, you'd probably give it Flanagan out of anyone he's a talkative chap and seems first choice but then so was Baldwin and he temporarily vanished after a couple of mares.

O'Nien just seems the right personality for it, well liked, leads by example and has a great work ethic.

Just guessing but I think Dobson and Willis have been captain before.
