No mate, I'm hearing Charnley has flown out to discuss with his club and Thomas Hesakmi himself about the deal. It's hoped that we will have him in Jesmond by Friday so we can finalise the deal and complete the medical. However he won't formally ign until the end of January as he is leaving for a 2 week Finnish U19s training camp on Monday.

The YouTube video was a generic highlights video. Plus he's a defender yet shows all the qualities of an attacking player.

The only sources for it were Twitter (completely unreliable) and comments sections (utterly unreliable). There were no reliable sources whatsoever for the story, none of the football correspondents (Ryder, Douglas) ever RTed or talked about it.

It's absolute horseshit and I can't believe anyone fell for itl.

Think they must have booked the room early then, the woman sounded very hesitant when I asked if a Mr. Hesakmi was staying there, before saying she couldn't reveal anything, must mean they're confident. From what I know his agent is keen for him to look around Newcastle before any deal is signed which is fair enough. If im honest I can see us signing him late January and letting Start keep him until the summer.

I've just been thinking about the name Hesakmi there, and I thought about it from the perspective of an anagram.

If it's a hoax, then it's either a purposeful anagram, or the hoaxers didn't even realise and it's just some ****ed up coincidence.
