Here we go again...

It was set aside and now ceases to exist. As a result he needs to submit a new, second, further application to change the name. All very simple and in laid out in paragraph 95 of the judgment.

The man said "no further applications" and has now made one.

So there was no decision on last year's application. So when Assem Allam made that original statement (about there being no second application), do you think he said it in relation to a failed application or do you think he said it to apply to a situation where there was no decision?
