Oh boy, the BBC have decided to put sentient ballbag Toby Young on our screens again, with predictable results...

Sky pundit (and former Arsenal player) Charlie Nicholas has said he sees one problem with our ST/\DIUM: we paid too much money for it

It cost £300m less than Wembley...

Man Utd TV (formally known as BBC Sport) have their hack outside
WHL for BBC News. Only two PL sides in action tonight, yet
somehow the opponents of Barca tomorrow get a mention.

Citeh did win the tie (based on goals conceded to the away team) .
They emphatically beat Spurs 3-0 on that front.

You've missed the point, or perhaps they have missed a trick. An M&S Mojito, M&S, a company started by Jews, clearly that's why she had to apologise in hackland.

They're still having trouble admitting that, as The Independent Hashtag Group Ltd are in the same voting bloc as various fringe far-right parties (including one AfD want no part of) a vote for them at the European elections is a vote for antisemitism - which I'm sure Joan Ryan has been quick to address...

Today I learned that I hate David Crosby

...hence I posted in this thread and not the music thread, because I'm subtle like that

Dean Ashton thundered on talkBALLS the other day how we would fail to finish top four because of injuries and Champions League commitments

...so did nobody point out to him that Arsenal have injuries and Europa League commitments?

I assume he has his Spurs voodoo doll out, to ensure the following does not happen at the weekend :

    1. Spurs win
    2. Man Utd do not win
    3. Goons lose

Was that the same show where he said that at the end of the season, when there was nothing to play for, even when a chairman offered all the squad £25,000 EACH if they came 10th that the players weren't motivated cos what's 25 grand?

The Daily Wail report that Poch's transfer budget this summer will be £60m + whatever he can recoup in player sales

This sounds suspiciously like what the Daily Wail reported the week previously, saying that Rafa Benitez's summer transfer budget at Newcastle will be £50m and whatever he can recoup in player sales...

I think we have an early contender for the worst non-Daily Wail article written on our financials
    https://chaseyoursport.com/Business...-Stadium-Facilities-and-Financial-Insight/677

    Notable errors include
i.) Calling the club "Tottenham Hotspurs" repeatedly
ii.) Stating that 2016 was the first season we played in the Champions League
iii.) Plenty of bizarre choices of wording that can probably be put down to English being their second language, but talk of a "Bix Six" doesn't help
iv.) Talk of a six year wait for the stadium to open, yet construction only began in 2015 due to a certain NIMBY and their sheet metal works
v.) Constantly using the Indian Crore to talk about finances, which is not the currency the club operates in and makes their quoted figures obscure by default

It's an Indian publication so not unreasonable to be in Indian currency. Just got back from a trip and the use of Lakh for 100,000 and Crore for 10,000,000 is s bit confusing especially as they write them as 1,00,000 and 1,00,00,000.
But since there are close to 100 rupees to the pound a crore is worth £100,000 which makes the article more readable.

To go to penalties after ET :

    - Spurs have to be 1-0
    - Poool have to be 3-0

To avoid going to penalties :

    - Spurs have to win by at least 2 goals / win by one goal but score at least two
    - Poool have to win by 4 goals

Remind us again which of the above scenarios constitute "virtually over"
and "hang in the balance" ... :D

<laugh> Even fans of clubs that ****ing hate us, don't subscribe to this.

Also noticeable that BBC Sport couldn't bring itself to put up the HYS after last night's game. We lose and every troll gets a chance to have a pop, the Mousers lose and not a squeak! <wah>
