Grayson

Best if he goes I think
May as well have no manager
We can’t be any worse

Sad thing is we can, and probably will be - it’s odds on we lose to Bolton on Tuesday and hit bottom.

Grayson’s last chance saloon, but I don’t think the squad will do enough to help him out. Shame we can’t sack a bunch of players for being perpetually ****.

Sunderland manager Simon Grayson has revealed that he will have a sizable budget to bring in new players to his squad during the January transfer window.

What’s a sizable budget in his eyes
Probably 1 million

Sorry I meant play any worse

We may well spend, if we hit League One the clubs worth maybe £20million.

Disinterested as Short May Be, he surely can’t allow that to happen.

The thing is how much will he spend that may save us from the drop

And who can we attract?

The fans are seen as poisonous at home now that whole big club great stadium element is a bit tarnished and compromised.

The only positive is that anyone brave enough to come here you’d think they are fired up for it at least.

If this keeps up I might chip in with a few lads and buy the place in the January sales! It'll be rock-bottom by then!

I really hope that's true because if we're stuck with Grayson then we're going to have to spend our way out of trouble. No different to what everyone else does.

Like you say it makes you wonder what a sizeable budget actually is.

No matter which manger we have, they’re going to have to spend and get rid of the poison/****e to move up the league.

We’ve got enough options going forward, although an out-and-out striker would be nice - but we need much better at the back, and more skill+physicality in the middle as a priority.

We’ve got N’Dong, Oviedo and McNair coming back with enough quality. I'm not sure what has happened to Love, and Catts is a shadow of his former-self, post-injury. Can we bring back Stryjek?

That’s 3 players of the required quality and commitment, for 7 positions. If Grayson is getting a budget, this is what he needs to address. If he doesn’t, he should be shot with **** along with the other so-called pro’s.

For all that I think we’ve got a squad far better than the league position, just seen the Villa side and bench and ****ing hell there’s a gulf.

I hadn’t even really taken in how far behind some we’ve fallen, still with PL goggles on.

I think if we have a solid agile competent keeper it will give confidence to the defence in front and he needs to give the committed rated and eager Beadling alongside JOS a try - we need committed eager rated players in the team - not uncommitted fly by nights (eg Kone)
Otherwise we are a dead duck heading for Div 1 obscurity.

I think obscurity is obscurity mate and we have bags of it and I don't think there are different rated versions of it **** is ****.<ok>

Trying to stay positive but Simon Grayson is now the worst Sunderland manager in my life time (win %)
Only David Moyes has a worse points per game record (0.7)
