Scholes has never managed and Seedorf was sacked after 4 months and 5 months in the only two managerial jobs he's had. It's equally ludicrous to replace our highly experienced manager with one of these fellas who have done nowt in their managerial careers.
Keane had never managed before us and won the league at the first attempt and kept us in the Premier league. I used those two as an example as they have interviewed for the Oldham job yet people use the "who would come here" excuse to keep Grayson in a job. Neither of those would do worse. In fact they'd probably do far better
On what basis? A manager makes at most a 10% difference to any given team. Our problems lie with the small and limited squad, not the manager. It's not like he's sucking the life out of us like Moyes- we scored three goals today!
The only reason Scholes was interviewed for the Oldham Job is because he applied because that's the team he supports. You seem to side step constantly the fact that it's an application process where people on the shortlist are invited to aply. Nobody wants the the job man, how the **** do you think we ended up with Grayson?
People honestly think there aren’t folk out there who’d fancy a job at a club this size? Behave man there’s 100 or so big clubs in the world. And 95% of them have gaffers sitting pretty. Just cos Ellis is **** at choosing and lacks ambition and imagination, believe me plenty of folk would want this job. I can’t name any like. Haha.
I don't doubt there's 100s of **** managers who'd love the job. But anyone decent is going to require huge financial incentive to risk their rep on a cow boy outfit like us. It's big **** off world of not happening. Short remains the problem for me, not that poor ****e ****er who jumped at the chance cause the owner won't put his hands in his pockets who's found a chimp who's ****e but works for peanuts. Cause the second Grayson goes, Short will find another chimp.

What’s worrying is the fact we can’t defend to save our ****ing lives. Against some of the ****e in this league we should be much better especially since Grayson was a defender himself. Stats don’t lie, bottom 3 with the team we have is scandalous.
