Go now !!

Players who are up for the physical football of the championship - we have too many injury prone unfocussed negative players who are are not up for the fight. We need more of our enthusiastic youngsters with a positive mindset - (eg Embleton, Greenwood ) at least on the bench.
They were certainly up for it yesterday mate. Catts and Vaughn nearly had to crawl off they were that knackered after the shift they put in and the rest weren't far behind, Oshea hardly put a foot wrong the whole game and we just have to pray that it continues (don't count on it mind). A good result against QPR will see our season change direction.

I've tried to view Short positively based on his earlier investment and support for managers but his recent failures have outdone this as you have clearly described and SAFC have the short straw - Short needs to go asap but who replaces him : Fulwell '73 ???

The only investment he put in was back when MoN was in charge(aside from buying the club of course). Everything since has been loans which he wants back, not to mention said loans imposing restraints thanks to his own ffp scheme. That so called investment(loans) of his would have been better kept to himself, we'd have gone down earlier with a fraction of the debt and in a much much stronger position to rebuild imo. Plus, and the biggest damn shame of it all, we would have been much easier to sell and could have had new owners by now.

But it was all financial support for the club but importently it's gone awry now and as you pointed out in another post 2019 looms - we need hims to go but replaced by who ??EDIT -predictive text typo's <doh>

Let's hope it continues and I can see Watmore being our catalyst - just need a half decent ref

He could be the player that starts lift off though mate its got to start somewhere.<ok>

A single goal could start it. Yes, you're right mate, he could be the guy that lifts the team.

It's just not something I'd want to rely on though mate. Not when there's 20 odd players who could also make a difference.

It's just tragic we're having to think that way.

You can't place all your hopes on 1 player mate. We're right in the **** if it comes to that.
:emoticon-0148-yes: I know we're in a right mess but one player (whoever) will start the recovery with a goal or/and bring a new dimension to our game -Watmore can I say. But I'm not daft it could just as easy be a disaster -I'm trying to see our dire needs in a positive way - it also makes me feel better..... :emoticon-0112-wonde thankfully we have a match day stress break but still :emoticon-0107-sweat
