Yeah, it does happen that a new man gives a side a lift, but Grayson is the new man currently. If he's looking defeated by it all already the likelihood is that Phillips will be the same after the same length of time. Phillips would just be another throw of the dice when what we really need is as much stability as possible.
I posted on another thread few weeks ago my concerns with SG -he positively talks the talk but not walking the walk. His great experience in the physical championship / league 1 does not seem to be on show. I'm not anti Grayson ...yet but confused. I've tended to support Short but not now -if we run on empty we fall way short. Even our home strip is all wrong imo.
