Go now !!

In all seriousness i would get more out of that squad than Grayson! How do u know Phillips wouldn't get more out of them? It's happened on many occasions where a new man in gets more out of the same team.
What's really concerning me though is that his body language is already flat.
I'm not saying he doesn't care! He clearly does. I just think the job in hand is too big for him. Just my opinion.

you ignoring me? <laugh>

Yeah, it does happen that a new man gives a side a lift, but Grayson is the new man currently. If he's looking defeated by it all already the likelihood is that Phillips will be the same after the same length of time. Phillips would just be another throw of the dice when what we really need is as much stability as possible.

Well we showed stability by not sacking Moyes. We'll just have to agree to disagree mate :emoticon-0148-yes:

Who chose Grayson to be our manager? Bain i expect. So in that sense Bain is culpable also. The job is clearly too big for Grayson and that's nowt against him as it would be too big a job for most.
What the club and fans need more than anything right now is a spark. Someone who can get the fans on board in an instance. Been saying it for most of the year and haven't changed my mind.
Kevin Phillips!
As someone mentioned, we have an under performing squad and with the players we have AT THIS LEVEL we should be mid table at least.
Phillips could do a Keane in his 1st managerial job...that's my opinion anyway lads!

Think that man would be Keano.

Basically another Roy keane is required at this point

Bit farcical to blame Bain for our results. Do you think Grayson's saying "let's go 4 at the back" and Bain's swooping in from the rafters with a knife to Grayson's throat and forcing him to play 5? Grayson needs to pull his socks up, get the defence drilled and stop ****ing about with the formation.

He seems to know his best side but he also seems incapable of recognising that 5 at the back doesn't work. None of which has anything to do with Bain.
I posted on another thread few weeks ago my concerns with SG -he positively talks the talk but not walking the walk. His great experience in the physical championship / league 1 does not seem to be on show. I'm not anti Grayson ...yet but confused.
I've tended to support Short but not now -if we run on empty we fall way short. Even our home strip is all wrong imo.
