Usual VAR controversy but overall a Good game tonight . Turning point for me tonight was the penalty… and especially the way it was so coolly converted under pressure . Love em or hate em the German machine is rolling again and this time it’s on its own turf.

It should be like tennis where each team has three VAR challenges a game.

I don't see why this wouldn't work. I don't think you even need it to be 3 - give them one per half.

I know people are concerned about teams taking advantage to disrupt play - but if you appeal and are wrong - make it so you lose a sub. Would mean if you abuse it twice you are down to 3 subs - which would be were we were 5 years ago anyway.

Rule changes -
1- no subs once extra time is signalled by team in the lead
2- pulling anyone back by the shirt or arm whenever wherever to gain advantage is an auto booking

I’m sick of seeing attacks or counters stopped time after time by ‘clever’ players
