Used to have my season ticket up there for years. For future visits the trick is to pretend you have a gammy knee and they let you up in the lifts

Am I correct in thinking you stick away fans all the way up in the top tier, if so, why?
Its special dispensation. The wheelchair users have a platform that is the main walkway through the stand (behind me these days) from about the 7th row. Due to the wheelchair access road and ramp and this platform it was seen as not suitable to place them directly in front of or in the middle of away supporters. FWIW I don't see why they can't have away fans in The East stand (pitch side) other than those seats are more expensive.....due to not having to look at said East Stand

I heard it was a factor in reducing it to an 8 month ban instead of a 12 month one. He was seen by a shrink apparently who said he was.
I don't know enough about it either way, but it could backfire on him with some big clubs considering that a problem they don't want in a player. So could scupper future transfer possibilities for him.
