9 years the tories have been in power and they're still trying to blame Labour for everything that's ****, it is simply unbelievable. If you look at their record in the past 9 years it is just shocking. Record levels of people living in poverty, worst a&e performance ever, per pupil funding at record lows in schools, homelessness at record levels etc etc, yeah all got to be labour's fault hasn't it....

When people like Ken Clarke and John major are saying don't vote tory, when the royal colleges of nursing, midwifery, GPS and virtually every body associated with the NHS is saying don't vote tory, when police and fire services have been gutted and then blamed for **** like grenfell, maybe it is time to question why you too would back them if you are so inclined.

I can understand well off people voting tory, easy to ignore the increase in poverty and homelessness when you're comfortable yourself, but anyone who isn't particularly well off contemplating voting tory, it staggers me. Seriously look at the type of people who are backing the tories at the top, barclays bros, murdoch, hedge fund managers who made 200m quid betting against the pound, Russian oligarchs in the UK, Julia heartly brewer, Tommy ****ing Robinson, Katie aids ridden scourge of humanity Hopkins. If you're voting tory they are the kind of people on your side.

The one thing I wish people would realise is that it's not a case of Johnson or corbyn. Labour have no chance of a majority, not a single chance and haven't since they lost Scotland. Its the choice between Johnson and a hung parliament that could be led by a joint SNP, Labour, Green, plaid lib dem coalition which would curb the more controversial intentions of the curre t Labour Party. Me personally, I live in a pretty safe labour seat in Sheffield, Blomfeld is a good mp with a great track record on voting, but I won't vote Labour, I'll prob vote green, but of a wasted vote but it'll make no difference in the end. I would love to see electoral reform and a move to proportional representation and a move away from this insane 2 party system we end up having.

Final word goes to some dude I follow on twitter who said, 'Boris Johnson doesn't even give a **** about his own kids, what makes you think he gives a **** about you?'

Spot on.

The country isn't fine, it's in decline, but let's vote for the same government that's responsible for it. Talk about being stuck on the hamster wheel.

Very well said. The current ****edness of politics is not to be underestimated. ****ing it harder is then an odd choice.

Yes, massively. Ukraine's currency was massively depreciated during the financial crisis, as was Jamaica's and Kazakhstan's.

Jamaica and Kazakhstan. <laugh> How about Germany, France and similar countries to ours not ones in the same league or stage of economic development.

13 years Labour were in power and they were still blaming the Tories. In fact they were still blaming Thatcher who hadn’t been in power since 1979. So complaints of the Tories not altering things in 9 years is a bit rich.
So your not a fan of whataboutery then?

The sort of countries with a public sector the size envisaged by the Labour Party, you mean? Hmm, interesting.

Don't usually get into discussing politics, Just had the local Labour candidate come knocking at my front door, I was asked what if any were my concerns with the current state of affairs in the country , to which I politely replied, that I had some concerns with Corbyn's links to terrorist groups, to which the lady replied "we'll leave it there" and walked away, in that one action this lady made my mind up we're my vote was heading( it was going we're it was always going and it wasn't Labour).

I would have said the same thing of the labour govt back then too, I'm not aligned to any party and have voted tory, lib dem, Green and Labour in local, general and EU elections, the key is the here and now for me and the country is in awful decline and the current govt are using a single emotional issue in brexit to potentially win 5 more years in power through convincing those they've hurt the most to vote for them

I wouldn't have walked away, but time is precious and you were trotting out prime bullshit.

What links to terrorist groups did he have other than establishing dialogue?

Look forward to reading the proof from you.

The entire Conservative campaign, from what I have seen, is based on misinformation, smear and cheap meaningless slogans.

Would love to hear otherwise.

No. They they were totalitarian states obviously.

They were in Europe. And admired by Corbyn and McDonnell. As well as many union leaders like McCluskey and Corbyn’s adviser, Winchester educated man of the people Seamus Milne.

were we second only to Sweden in strikes, 3 days weeks, power cuts, IMF bail outs and mounds of rubbish, unburied bodies and picket lines stopping people getting into hospitals?

Don't like the NS personally, but have a read of this article by Danny Dorling.
