At the end of the day Party nobody should be allowed to be unemployed and not contribute.
Look around the streets there's plenty of litter to be picked up and maintaining a nice environment for living should be included if you're receiving benefits.

I never said they should, I said it's about more than that.

I earn ok for the Hull area, work hard full-time in a management job (got a promotion but for a year they've had me doing it on the cheap), I'm trying to save for a deposit for a house and I pay my tax, yet see no investment from a Tory government.

Many people earn much more than me, pay less proportion of their income than me in tax, and aren't affected by the cuts in general. This is why people like me want a change, it's not about funding layabouts, it's about getting something back and making it fairer.

Well I'm paying 40% tax for a ****ing start.

So you already pay 40% under a Tory government and are whinging about paying 40% under Labour, which would be no increase at all?

Taxation has barely featured in this election, I'm comfortable with the tax I pay, I'd even pay a bit more but would not want Corbyn spending it. Has society ever been equal? How do you define equality, minimum wage earners don't even pay tax.

As far as I am aware, our society has never been equal.

You seem to have an over simplified view of the situation, and an over confident view of those that would be implementing it.

Some can only just count up to potato.

I tailor my message to my audience.

Taxes would rise under this Labour.

They'd have to if they wanted to see through the plans they have.

Unless that magic money tree is real?

What a simplistic childlike view you have.

Pay more tax, make the country fairer.

You'll still be alright/do well.

How about those that wish to help the poor donate money to the various excellent charities around, and those who wish to keep their money for themselves are free to do so?

There is literally nothing stopping you from helping he disadvantaged if you feel so inclined. Why not just donate the difference in tax which you feel you should be paying?

Unless you earn more than £80,000, in which case, I have no sympathy for you if you have to pay more tax.

Cool, can we opt out of contributing to the military budget?

So slamming The Abbott is more important than worrying about the state and the future of the NHS.

Some priority.

I worry about everything not just the IHS, should the present Labour leaders get their hands on the steering wheel of government.
Bring back Red Ken, at least he had managed to be in charge of something for a few years.
