Maybe you should have studied sociology as well as politics.

Some people use food banks because it's free food, nothing to do with affordability.

You get the odd bad apple in any system mate - no need to hold that up as a reason to excuse the reason why they exist.

No pun intended etc.

Too ****ing right tax private school fees – they get humungous advantages.

I find it a joke when ‘working people’ are so duped they fall over themselves to protect the monied and advantaged.

This is something I agree and disagree with. Where I grew up we had the state school and private school opposite sides of the road. We were all mates. Actually at least 50% of the public school students were from normal average family background who's parents/grandparents had saved really hard to send their children there. The public school was obviously a better choice with better facilities and pulling better grades.

I don't think these people should be charged VAT, but for the super rich - absolutely.

Here is the secret.

There is only 1 difference between Tory MPs and Labour MPs.

Tory MPs make no bones about liking wealth whereas Labour MPs like it just as much but pretend they don't.

I wonder how many figures salary Jeremy Corbyn has earned at the taxpayers expense.

Obviously in the £25k p/a bracket.

He's one of the people, for the people. And I bet he lives in a council house.

I was amazed at my kids school, how many parents/grandparents gave up everything to be able to put their kids through the school.

Obviously most of the kids were there because their parents had a few quid, but there were a significant amount of kids who were from families that nobody would consider rich.

Typical Labour MP
Bashes rich people - is rich.
Bashes elitism - went to a fee paying school
Bashes tax avoidance - fiddled expenses
Bashes private or grammar schools - sends their kids there.
Won't have a bad word said about immigration - lives in some mansion in the countryside.
Portrays tolerance and holier than thou morally superior attitude - is verbally and violently militant to non-labour people
Promotes tolerance - but not toward jewish people
Promotes peace and anti-war ideology - Iraq

This is nonsense Walter! For every one that fulfills even half these criteria I'd bet there are at least 40 others who don't. I bet that would go for conservative MP's aswell.

I've just seen the fail are running a Tory tactical voting scheme <laugh><laugh><laugh>

Is it just me, or does tactical voting come across as taking the piss out of democracy?

I don't like politicians. Any of them, from any party. This clouds my judgement somewhat.

I'm just voting for Bob anyway.

Shame is, those bad eggs generally get to keep their careers, and have a good one to. All at the expense of the taxpayer.

I don't think politicians believe half the nonsense they come out with, is their job. That's all. And a ****ing well paid job at that.

its irrelevant who you vote for - someone has to pay for your health in old age - who do you think should pay, I think you should pay yourself if you have the money and thats not a Tory policy, its all parties - the new Tory proposal is that some of the money should come from the equity in your house after you've moved on - of course it might be easy to bypass this by putting into trust etc but at the end of the day we are all living longer and costs of care will increase and will need to be paid - again, I ask who should pay, Labour has suggested the never ending money tree where money miraculously pays for everything, its ironic that Labour want rich bastards to pay for everything but as soon as a rich bastard has to sell his house they call foul and call Torys heartless for making them pay - its all bollox really

I like your unique twist: "neverending money tree" instead of "magic money tree".

Very smart.

You should send it to Theresa. She might like it.
