My God you're full of ****e.

I can't help they've had a bit of a raw deal at the hands of the guardian, the mirror and the independent. Their readers appear to have gobbled up the cherry picked and misrepresented bullshit those papers crap out and got fat.

They're decent folks that have always pushed for peace and tranquility in Northern Ireland. They're Irish so naturally they have the odd whacky idea but they're not so bad.

If people are going to spout off bollocks about Corbyn supporting the IRA because he met with members of Sinn Fein, you're gonna have to apply the same standards to the DUP and its sordid history with Ulster Loyalist paramilitary groups. Like I said, Ian Paisley helped found the URM. Members of the DUP today were members of the UVF and UDA.

These people were oppressed by their southern neighbours. Innocent men, women and children were being discriminated against and killed. They were scared and stood up for their people. They are freedom fighters and heroes.

No, their members were just murdering Catholics in Northern Ireland during the 70s and 80s with the help of the British Army and security services.

I spent a lot of time in Ballymena during the troubles in the 80's, but I'm sure you know more about it than me, because you've got a book, or it's on your course, of you googled it or summat...

So, to sum up before it's locked, the winners lost, and the losers won, and that's politics. <ok>
