As I see it now after watching STID 2, Donald did see a chance to make some serious cash if Sunderland managed to get promoted, sadly this didn't happen and now he is touting the club around after his dream of the Dell boys hit the buffers. My worry is we will go from one money grabbing cancer to another. There is no doubt that with the infrastructure at SAFC the club could make someone some serious cash one day. But that will involve some substantial investment upfront. Donald simply isn't that man, he knows, we know it and the Dell boys know it. The whole thing is a mess, its never easy being a Sunderland fan
I very much doubt there's another 'chancer' out there tbh.
Buying Sunderland would involve a big spend which may achieve nothing.
Only a serious buyer can help and there's only one at the table.
