5 people could view your house and not believe it’s worth it.
You either
A. Fold and accept an offer out of desperation or
B. Hold your nerve in the hope that perhaps that 6th viewer gives you what you want.

You keep pushing pins in your little Donald voodoo doll though.

Or take the third sensible option and negotiate a mutually acceptable price between those rwo extremes.

So if they don’t think it’s worth it, then they think I’ve overpriced it, well done on agreeing again, you are unravelling now.
This is nowt like buying a house but you keep banging on about it. My house does not need selling as quickly as possible so that the new buyers can come in and crack on a do a good job on it. My house isn’t reliant on people coming in to support me at home. My house doesn’t need to attract more people inside it, my house is not a business. You won’t know anything about buying a house because you would have to ask your daddy first. For the sake of the mere existence of this football club he needs to sell, we do not have the time to wait to see if a 6th comes along.

So you now know that club won’t exist unless Donald sells.
I think it’s clear who is unravelling here mind.

This of course, meet in the middle. Donald will be asking too much, that makes obvious business sense. He knows it isn’t worth that much but has to try. But no, SBC reckons he has priced it exactly what it’s worth and hope not to get knocked down any

I think it’s pretty clear that the club will struggle with Donald and without parachute payments. Well pretty clear to anyone with a modicum of sense, so that rules you out. Where will Donald get the money to replace all of these out of contract players? Where will he get the funds to improve on those, no PP’s and will be way down on season ticket sales. He’s going to pull it from those trees isn’t he? The ones with the fairies at the bottom of your garden

So struggle as oppose to not existing then.
It would be great to get some amazing new owner with untold wealth but we are stuck with Donald at present until someone comes up with an acceptable offer.

Whilst it would be nice, we don’t need untold wealth. We need sensible, prudent recruitment with a long term plan for the academy, it isn’t a job for mates
If you don’t think financial trouble can lead to non existence, then you would be very wrong. Then again we are lucky that those clever businessman, who have never been around, don’t exist and are a figment of everyone else’s imagination, bailed Donald out with 10m. That gives us a little bit of wriggle room. If we have to persevere with Donald, then yes I would fear of what the future holds
Acceptable offer has to work both ways, it has to be acceptable to both parties. If you ask too much, you won’t sell, if you offer too little, you won’t buy. You compromise and meet in the middle. Make no bones about it, Donald will want more than it’s worth, but he introduced the new owners to staff, he didn’t know if they wanted to keep him on. Something went seriously wrong and I can’t see how a party who has spent millions of pounds of legal fees, travelled thousands and thousands of miles to sit in a strange place and set up a holding company have anything to do with that.

How do you know they’ve spent millions on legal fees?
How do you know they haven’t made Donald an offer he thought was good enough then at the 11th hour tried to have his pants down and dropped the offer believing he’d fold?
The silence from FPP has been deafening.

Christ almighty, because lawyers don’t cost peanuts, I think GOM mentioned over the road. To get that far as to announce new owners has took months of DD and lawyers hours. We did a deed of variation to put a pitch on a contract I had, took a few weeks and cost 60k just to write a contract up and a couple of Skype calls. No negotiation on costs, price, assets, debt, nothing.
I’ve already answered that, they wouldn’t do that after throwing money down the drain and Donald would have spilled the beans, he’s took every other opportunity to dig at others
They don’t need to say anything, they hold the cards until he pays the 10m back.

It's like trying to tell a deaf and blind man to listen and look marra, You can explain things til you're blue in the face but some just can't hear you or see the foreat for the trees

Or Suicide Steve maybe?

I don't believe Donald can afford to remain stuck with us for much longer.
